Returns and Refunds

At COSMERIA, your satisfaction is very important, so if you feel that it is necessary to make a return, please read the conditions below. REFUNDS

If dissatisfied with the product:

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, you must send back the original product in an unused or gently-used condition. In the contact, please include the tracking number and your reason for dissatisfaction, so that we can provide the manufacturer with your feedback. 

Please note that while you will receive a full refund on the product itself, the shipping fee will not be covered by COSMERIA.


If the order is wrong:

If the items received are incorrect, please notify us so that we can send you the correct products. There will be no additional charge for this, and you may keep the previously-sent products.


If the product is damaged:

Damaged products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please take a picture of how the product was damaged and send it to us to be judged for eligibility.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Ship the product to address below along with copy of purchase receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend you to add tracking number for return products. We will only be able to process your refund after the products are received.

  1. Please send your tracking number by contacting our support at support@cosmeria.me for a refund request within 7 days after the product is received. We can be reached via our Facebook page @cosmeriabeauty as well.
  1. Once we receive and approve your returned product, we will process your refund immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
