Returns & Refunds

At COSMERIA, your satisfaction is important. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from COSMERIA, you may return the product for exchange or refund. We offer unconditional refund because we want you to enjoy shopping from us.

RETURN & REFUND

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer full refund. When you request your return within 15 days from purchase date, you will receive a full refund for the price of the product and shipping fee you already paid. Products received more than 15 days after the purchase date may not be refunded. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the return was a result of our error. 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

To make refund or return, 

1. Contact our support for refund request within 15 days from purchase date.

2. Ship the product to address below along with copy of purchase receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend you to add tracking number for return products because we process refund only when we receive products to address below.

Once we receive your product, we will process refund immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
